Good to be home
That's an understatement...being at home is exactly where I need to be.
I want you to know how much strength I have drawn from your love and support...words can't explain. I hope you all know how grateful I am to have such wonderful family and friends like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I apologize this so short; it's frustrating not being able to type (it's coming along...slowly but surely
).
Be well...TB

Way2Go, Trav.Acceptance and Patience–my 2 toughest things for me, yet have I had a lot to learn these past 3-plus yrs..U will do great; others will say to; take care; don’t rush it; are U sure..I just told ‘em, “Hey, if I can do it, then I’m gonna try. Don’t know ’til I get there; and , thanks for your support.” My ‘net skills are poor; hope U received mail last week, as I’m not sure if/when stuff gets to U..I been doing crosswords, to help thought processes[ don't care for sudoku]
Every day’s a blessing, take ‘em as they come..love ya, Dan’l

Such great news, Travis! And so great to see your own words (though Karla IS a fantastic writer!!). Being home will make your progress so much faster. I know this is a frustrating process, but when things are rough, try to think of how much you are improving each day–it’s remarkable and wonderfu. Enjoy K and T and B, and I hope to see you soon. I was listening to oldies the other day, and heard Carole King’s “You’ve Got a Friend,” and thought of you–you’ve got tons of them, ALL ages!! Love you all….

So glad to hear from you! I echo Jill Ost’s comment about everyone here wearing grey in your honor. We had town hall meetings with Troy this morning and everyone in the room had grey on. It is heartening to see the support you have here at Kenexa. Keep up the hard work!

Burk,
Glad to see your at home where you are comfortable and with your boys and Karla. I’m sure they are a great inspiration for all of your rehab activities. Keep up the fight and the recovery.

Did you know that Kenexa is all wearing grey today in your honor? It is so touching to see almost the entire building in a shade of grey! I’m glad your home to play and hug those little boys. Enjoy the recliner. You might have to resort to watching basketball since football is officially over.
February 12th, 2010 - 11:29
So glad that you are home! We are thinking of you and the family. HOpe to get to see ya soon.
February 12th, 2010 - 09:26

My kids are very excited that they were a part of the cranes, so they ask how you are doing and enjoy the updates. You’re a strong man and wonderful person, things will continue to improve.
